The Early Childhood Education Advisor will work closely with regional and central teams to support individual centres in improving practice and performance.
The advisor will develop and deliver professional resources and training to build educator understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices. They will also monitor and assess centre operations, evaluating practices and operations against regulatory requirements and C&K standards. Additionally, they will support organisational compliance and policy implementation.
