High-Quality Patient Care Specialist

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional nursing skills, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and close-knit team environment. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with cardiologists, surgeons, and anaesthetists to deliver outstanding perioperative services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts clinical practice in accordance with the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses' Standards and Competencies.
  • Takes on a clinical workload as assigned, adhering to rosters and allocations.
  • Acts as a team leader when necessary, promoting and assisting in the development of colleagues' standards of nursing practice.

The successful candidate will hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, possessing a minimum of 2 years' clinical Cath Lab/Angiograph experience and demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) and Australian Nursing Council Incorporated (ANCI) Standards and Competencies.
  • Effective change management and clinical problem-solving skills.
  • Clinical experience in nursing, conflict resolution, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
