We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. As a Rotational Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to geriatric patients across multiple sites in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for geriatric patients
- Provide physiotherapy services in the Acute Care of the Elderly (ACE) Unit and the Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for working with the elderly
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
