The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking skilled and compassionate Physiotherapists to join the Northern Adelaide Geriatric Service (NAGS). This is an opportunity to embark on a rewarding career that positively impacts the lives of our elderly community.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for geriatric patients.
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services across multiple sites in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.
- Work within the Acute Care of the Elderly (ACE) Unit and the Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit, with 6 monthly rotations.
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Physiotherapist who is passionate about working with the elderly. You will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care and exceptional communication skills.
