
Sales Renewal Specialist

About the Position:
Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to own the renewal journey for our existing customer base, drive retention rates, and partner closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires an individual who can lead workshops, collaborate with various teams, and create engaging experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the renewal process from initiation to close
- Managing direct interactions with customers and partners to negotiate renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer goals and identify areas for growth
- Defending and improving customer retention metrics
- Implementing process improvements through cross-functional collaboration
- Maintaining accurate forecasts and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or closing roles managing high-value ARR accounts
- Negotiation skills: effectively communicating with customers on price, product offerings, and license models
- Courageous communication style: comfortable speaking with customers at all levels
- Collaborative mindset: working effectively with accounting, finance, support, success, and sales teams
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and process orientation
