Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Management Specialist to lead the execution of research projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and requirements.

  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.

  • Manage project teams, including setting up effective sample plans, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans.

  • Communicate project milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage post-delivery project needs, including confirming project close, preparing invoices, and debriefing clients.

  • Expand and leverage client relationships through consultation, participation in sales calls, and understanding pipeline opportunities.

  • Mentor and support new and junior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Market research experience with a clear understanding of the industry.

  • Hands-on experience in managing projects autonomously from end to end.

Specialized Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
