Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced Victorian Licensed Surveyor / Senior Project Manager with an analytical mind and a passion for surveying.

This role is responsible for the management of a wide range of projects, using the application of technical survey knowledge and cutting-edge skills, as well as client liaison and stakeholder engagement.

Working as an integral part of our East Coast Operations team, this role plays a vital part in strengthening our Client Value Proposition by delivering a wide range of surveying and project management services.

What you bring to the tableIn this position you will be delivering nationally significant projects. Key to this role will be your commitment to providing quality client outcomes.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage survey projects end to end ensuring MNG and client services are metSound understanding of land development, infill and building sub-division requirements, processes, administration and management.Manage project budgets and monitoring of financial performance of projects Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders while delivering excellent client service. Ensure surveying equipment and vehicles are maintained in line with Workplace Health & Safety standards.

What we also needPrevious experience within a similar role, or related industry.Ideally 10 or more years technical proficiency and experience in surveying.Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, or a related discipline.Holds Surveyors License within Victoria or eligibility to be registered
