We are seeking a highly skilled Business & Marketing Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our ANZ Business & Franchise Director's team, you will play a critical role in driving the Ready to Drink Tea growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of strategic plans, including strategy refresh and annual business plans, in collaboration with local bottlers and marketing teams.
- Lead the delivery of select marketing projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Manage the PLI Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, including sales and forecast tracking, category analysis, and presentation to regional and global teams.
- Partner with bottlers and marketing teams to develop category growth initiatives, leveraging local and global insights to create compelling category, customer, and consumer stories.
- Support day-to-day operations with AU & NZ bottlers and Pepsi Lipton teams.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce, or equivalent.
- Experience in customer and/or category management.
- Entry-level FMCG sales management experience with Woolworths or Coles, or Away from Home channel.
- Strong commercial understanding, with experience in delivering sales targets.
- Excellent team player, with experience working in a small and nimble team within a broader organization.
- Ability to translate strategies into effective plans and execute them.
- Future-focused, with a broad range of category and consumer knowledge.
- Holistic business understanding, including P&L.
- Experience in developing effective and sustainable long-term strategy.
- Beverages experience, with working knowledge of bottlers and 3rd parties.
