Aged Care Assistant

We are seeking an entry-level Community Care Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
As a member of our dedicated care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, while also developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients.
- Support clients with shopping and errands.
- Administer medication reminders (as required).
- Other tasks as needed to support client independence.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Hold a current Australian driver's license.
- Have current comprehensive insurance.
- Be Covid vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
- Hold an Australian Police Check Clearance.
- Hold a Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Nice to Have:
- 6 months experience as a Caregiver (in homes or facilities).
