Log Supply Chain Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to support the day-to-day management of our log supply chain.

This role will involve ensuring accurate delivery information, maximising compliance performance through assistance to our Haulage and Sales Function, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through balanced stakeholder liaison.

About the Job

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to our logistics team.

You will be responsible for managing delivery information, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

  • Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Managing delivery information and ensuring accurate records;
    • Assisting the Haulage and Sales Function with compliance and customer liaison tasks;
    • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in financial system administration or administration more broadly;
  • A good understanding of supply chain activities and principles;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word software packages.
