Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 team members to achieve sales growth and engagement targets.
  • Work closely with our Growth Coaches to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.
  • Empower team members' development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Ownership of our local matters program for your restaurant, engaging with local community groups to make a positive impact.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues.
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Organized and able to thrive in a high-energy working environment, with a customer-first approach.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
