We're seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort's cleaning and maintenance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including linens, towels, and amenities.
  • Restock supplies and amenities as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other Housekeeping team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school holiday periods.
