Job Overview

We seek a dedicated and experienced senior educator to lead the curriculum focus in alignment with departmental and school-wide initiatives.

  • Lead the relevant curriculum areas or whole school program to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.

  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
Responsibilities

This leadership role requires:

  1. To develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive curriculum plan that aligns with state and national standards.
  2. To provide guidance and support to teaching staff to ensure high-quality instructional practices.
  3. To collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain positive relationships and a culture of respect.
  4. To identify and address areas of improvement, implementing changes to enhance student outcomes.
  5. To stay up-to-date with educational research, trends and best practices.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
