This role is designed to support deal execution, financial analysis and client presentation.
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join this dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, conducting financial analysis, preparing client presentations and driving strategic insights for our transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation, M&A, and capital raising transactions.
- Conduct detailed company, industry and market research to support investment recommendations.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials.
- Support the due diligence process for live deals and potential opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements and assess company performance.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to execute transactions efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
