We are seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our operations team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
About the Role- Lead by example, providing hands-on support behind the bar, mixing cocktails, pouring pints, serving food, and taking customer orders.
- Coach your team in excellent customer service and hospitality standards.
- Support a fun-first culture, curating a perfect venue atmosphere and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the management team on opens and closes, overseeing staff breaks, and task assignment.
- Take charge of shifts, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with staff.
- Infectious enthusiasm and positivity driving team engagement and morale.
- Proven experience in hospitality leadership with a strong understanding of financial operations.
- A can-do attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Valid RSA and Approved Managers card previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere highly regarded.
