Guest Service Agent Role
We are seeking an experienced and friendly professional to join our front office team as a Guest Service Agent. This key member will be responsible for greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, assisting in-house guests, and finalising guest accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests in a professional manner
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Handle telephone enquiries and convert them into reservations
- Assist in-house guests
- Finalise guest accounts
Key Qualifications:
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Reliability and ability to work a flexible roster
- The capacity to work independently, unsupervised, and within a close-knit team
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Previous experience with Windows systems and Front Office reservation programs (advantageous)
- Customer Service and/or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded
