About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Asian fusion dishes that elevate traditional pub fare.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen, with a strong focus on flavour, consistency, and presentation. You will work effectively under pressure while upholding high standards and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality Asian fusion dishes
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain high standards of flavour, consistency, and presentation
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional quality

Salary Information:

Our estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
