Solutions Consultant Position
Drive sales success by showcasing tailored solutions to meet client needs, collaborating across functions, and engaging with clients. Contribute to the success of our Recruitment Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery processes to address clients' specific needs and translate requirements into system solution presentations.
- Provide technical or industry knowledge to support salespeople and enhance the buyer's experience through digital assets such as video, product tours, marketing content, webinars, and social industry content.
- Support the development of digital enablement strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience using FastTrack 360 would be preferred, but any previous experience working within a recruitment environment is key to success in this role.
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions, providing a deep level of product knowledge and answering questions during the sales cycle.
- Understanding the sales process, overcoming technical & business challenges with a solid appreciation of the sales process and articulating the value our Recruitment solutions bring to an organization.
- Confidently communicate with prospects in person, in writing, or video conference – overcoming technical and business process challenges throughout the sales cycle.
