Electrical Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of the engineering services team, you will represent and champion our services as a subject matter expert in electrical and communications services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compliant and quality-assured services design packages.

  • Work with the team to ensure design reviews and inspections are conducted according to scope, specifications, and relevant standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate technical advice to ensure electrical systems meet our standards and specifications.
  • Act as a project engineer for development projects, including responsibility for design, documentation, estimates, tender reports, administration, programming, and financial control.

You will contribute to initiatives that support ongoing enhancement of engagement and organisational effectiveness. Additionally, you will proactively research and investigate innovation and emerging technologies to develop sustainable engineering design solutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Solid industry experience with consulting experience preferable
  • Experience in the design of electrical systems, communications infrastructure, and lighting design
  • On-site experience for reviewing constructed systems for compliance to design specifications
