Job Opportunity: Graffiti Removal Program Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to coordinate our graffiti removal program.

  • Implement strategies to enhance community quality of life.
  • Recruit, select, and screen volunteers, including interviews and background checks.
  • Induct and support volunteers with relevant training and reviews.
  • Recognize and value volunteers' contributions through appreciation events and feedback.
  • Communicate with volunteers for updates, collect feedback, and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Establish goals and objectives to continuously improve the program and identify further opportunities.
  • Coordinate supplies and equipment for volunteers and manage customer requests for graffiti removal.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including collecting statistics and maintaining accurate records.

Key stakeholders include Centre staff, Operational Support Unit personnel, graffiti removal volunteers, Elected Members, SAPOL, KESAB, and community members.
