About the Role

The Strategic Data Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data and digital roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with our organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Executive Team to design and deliver a robust data and digital strategy, addressing key challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile project delivery, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the organisation.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, optimisation, and redesign, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement, empowering employees to drive transformation and innovation.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering strategic technology roadmaps, with a strong focus on data and digital capability.
  • Progressive leadership experience, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive organisational change.
  • Strong operations experience, managing and running technology functions within complex organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
  • Agility to drive principles of transformation, change, and innovation.
  • Deep commitment to community, people, and teams, with a genuine interest in making a meaningful impact.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years' experience in a related industry in a supervisory position.
