Remote is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will support end users of IT systems and services, acting as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users via phone, email or other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when required.
  • Manage the provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning of end-user equipment.
  • Accurately document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Triage incidents and identify areas for process improvement.

Successful candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of IT systems and software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
