About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our before and after school care programs. As a leader in the industry, we deliver high-quality services that make a positive impact on children's lives.

The Role

This is a full-time position with flexibility to work from home between service times. A comprehensive induction program will ensure your success, with ongoing support from a mentor and regional manager.

As a Director of Service, you will:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR PARTNER SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS
  • DESIGN AND DELIVER ENRICHING EXPERIENCES THAT INSPIRE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES
  • LEAD AND DEVELOP A PASSIONATE TEAM OF EDUCATORS
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION ARE UP-TO-DATE
  • SERVE AS A CONNECTION BETWEEN OUR ORGANIZATION AND SCHOOL COMMUNITY

Requirements

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for working with children. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as confident interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

A natural leader with attention to detail and a commitment to creating engaging experiences for primary-aged children is required. You must be energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN.

Qualifications

A qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification is necessary. This includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work, and more.
