Job Description:
As a Capabilities, Innovation and Efficiencies Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing and implementing innovations and efficiencies to enhance the capability of Naval Vessels. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering and executing an Innovation / Efficiency Implementation Plan (IEIP), managing the CIE Program to proactively identify opportunities that reduce TCO, enhance capability and improve AIC, promoting a culture of innovation, efficiency and cost consciousness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have a graduate degree in technical, strategy, leadership, business or management, with 3-5 years' experience in technology or business related fields. Experience in a management position is beneficial, as is experience from a position within an organisation involved with large Commonwealth sustainment or through life support projects. Excellent project management acumen and skills are essential, along with very strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
