Financial Crime Compliance Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the financial services industry, specifically in a second-line advisory role. A degree in accounting, commerce, finance, or law is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on financial crime matters to the retail business, KYC Centre of Excellence, and KYC Operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial crime risks.
  • Collaborate with the Retail business and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with Australian AML/CTF laws and global policies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the financial services industry in a second-line advisory role.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial crime issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Degree in accounting, commerce, finance, or law, or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
