Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Merchandise Specialist.

The successful candidate will work approximately 20 hours per week, which may include ½ day on Saturday's, at our Robertson branch. You will focus on developing strong relationships with our diverse customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing counter sales
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Assisting with merchandise campaign material
  • Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a high focus on customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the square.

You will also need to have experience working within a sales environment, effective written and verbal communications skills, and excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
