Mine Maintenance Operations Manager

This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and motivate our dedicated maintenance team.
We require someone with a proven track record in open-cut mining to manage preventative maintenance, ensure equipment availability and provide technical expertise when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership and supervision to the maintenance team
- Maintain and improve the overall efficiency of the maintenance operations
- Collaborate closely with other teams as required
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team
- A recognised trade completion certificate from an Australian institution
- Holding current S1, S2, S3 & G2 tickets or equivalent qualifications
- Extensive experience working on CAT and Hitachi mobile mining equipment essential
- Previous experience in OEM roles highly regarded
- Current QLD Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certification required
- A dynamic and challenging rotating day/night roster (7 days on, 7 days off)
- Accommodation and meals provided on site
- Return flights from Brisbane
