We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and lead an enterprise risk and compliance function from the ground up. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will have a direct line of sight and influence on the company's strategic direction.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management framework that adds genuine strategic value.
  • You will lead the development of a modern compliance program that anticipates regulatory shifts across corporate, environmental, safety, and modern slavery obligations.
  • You will provide executive-level insights by translating complex risk data into clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
  • You will design and lead a targeted internal audit and assurance program that focuses on what truly matters, verifying that critical controls are effective across the business.

About You:

  • You have demonstrable experience establishing or significantly maturing an enterprise risk or compliance framework in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • You possess 8-15 years of progressive experience in risk, compliance, or internal audit.
  • You have broad domain knowledge spanning multiple risk domains, including financial controls, operational processes, technology risk, and ESG.
  • You are skilled in using tools to create clarity and have experience developing risk dashboards.
  • You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to engage and influence senior executives and board members.
