Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Risk Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and tools, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to embed a proactive risk culture within the organization
  • Drive the implementation and everyday use of our group Risk Management System and Risk Management Framework
  • Work with senior leadership to identify, assess, and manage key divisional risks, ensuring controls are effective and compliance obligations met
  • Maintain accurate risk profiles and registers current and emerging risks or opportunities

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous roles in a highly regulated environment (insurance or financial services)
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate complex and changing environments with agility and professionalism
