Job Title:

We are seeking a Product Specialist to play a key role in driving commercialization of products to market through effective product launch activities, managing the product lifecycle from concept to market and after service, conducting external marketing analysis, brainstorming creative marketing campaigns, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieving objectives aligned with corporate goals
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our company's portfolio
  • Assisting with commercialization of products to market through effective product launch activities
  • Managing the product lifecycle from concept to market and after service
  • Conducting external marketing analysis to stay abreast of key trends, market disruptions, and technological innovations
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with managing outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
  • Liaising with vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Undertaking individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Supporting product development of internal and OEM solutions
  • Assisting with preparing and reviewing content for marketing materials
  • Assisting with product trainings for sales and support teams
  • Acting as a conduit between sales and customer base to ensure strong customer relations and long-term partnerships
  • Assisting with setup of exhibitions and conferences, conducting product presentations
  • Providing in-field product support to assist sales and support teams for effective product launch

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate within a Business or Science related field. Advantageous: Medical Laboratory Scientist
  • Minimum of 3 years within a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of the IVD market, highly advantageous to have strong knowledge of the molecular diagnostics market and competitive landscape
  • Sound knowledge of the PCR method, nucleic acid purification
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong desire to self-educate
  • Good teamworking skills, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and passionate individual who is keen to make a difference in improving healthcare throughout society with innovative and high-quality solutions
