About this role

This is a specialist technical position that provides support for the design, implementation, maintenance, and expansion of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, resolving issues, training users, and analyzing new functionality requests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day system support within specialist and associated functional components of SAP.
  • Assessing, documenting, and communicating change implications.
  • Coordinating and assisting with general project tasks, including data cleansing and cutover activities.
  • Providing guidance, training, and documented support procedures to other team members.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of test scenarios.

Key skills and qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business or technology-related area.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in a support and project delivery capacity related to SAP EWM.
  • Experience in EWM 2021 and integration into QM and TM functional modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management skills with delegated tasks and ability to meet deadlines.
