As a leading provider of nature-based holidays, we offer an unparalleled opportunity for individuals to connect with the natural world and experience the beauty of our state firsthand.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - own accommodation is preferable due to limited onsite accommodation available to staff.
If you are passionate about tourism, travel, and great customer service, this could be your next big adventure. With excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, you will thrive in this dynamic environment.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front office, ensuring a warm welcome to all guests and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
- Answer incoming phone calls and aid over the phone and via email.
- Assist groups with their bookings and stay at the park, including school groups, weddings, and events.
- Contribute to the general operations of the park.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous administration experience highly regarded.
- Proficiency in using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
- Strong time-management, organisation, and multi-tasking skills.
