Customer Service Team Member
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team in Launceston. As a customer service representative and kitchen attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers while maintaining high standards of food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Reception: Greet customers warmly, manage reservations, and provide essential information as needed.
- Order Management: Efficiently handle orders using the restaurant management system.
- Food Preparation: Assist the kitchen with simple food preparation tasks, including washing, cutting, and peeling ingredients.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a receptionist or customer service representative with strong English communication skills.
- A valid RSA certificate is preferred.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn restaurant management systems.
Working Conditions:
Variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation:
$24.10 - $26.00 per hour.
Work Location:
In person at our Launceston restaurant.
