Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the success of our First Nations-led business, retail and arts hub.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a small, passionate team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hub.

You will be responsible for creating a culturally safe and welcoming space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the vision and strategy of the hub
  • Manage a team of professionals
  • Activate and maintain a culturally safe environment
  • Build relationships with customers, creatives, businesses, and partners
Requirements
