Registered Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our experienced and dedicated team. As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will be part of a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of SVCS Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and RN experience in aged care or a hospital setting of ideally 12 months or more. They will also possess high level of customer service skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive environment for our residents
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills

Requirements:

  • Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential
  • RN experience in aged care or a hospital setting of ideally 12 months or more
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role
