About the RoleThis position requires a highly skilled and empathetic professional who can deliver high-quality care to residents, develop strong relationships with clients, families, and staff, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered care to residents in Aged Care facilities
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and staff
- Engage in continuous learning and professional growth to enhance skills and knowledge
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Valid registration with AHPRA
- At least 6 months of experience as an RN in Aged Care or hospital settings in Australia
- Two professional references available upon request
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
- Recent National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR Certificate, HLTAID009 (or willing to obtain)
