Customer Service Representative Opportunity

The role of a Customer Service Representative involves working to resolve enquiries and complaints made by inmates, and assisting in monitoring the conditions and treatment of inmates in custodial centres throughout New South Wales.

  • This will involve conducting regular visits to one assigned custodial centre, either half day or full day, once a fortnight or once a month.

Vacancies exist at listed centres and may extend to others. Selected candidates may be added to a talent pool to fill upcoming vacancies over the next 18 months.
