We are looking for a skilled leader to oversee the workflow management across the team, apply change management skills, and model flexible thinking to support the team during periods of change. As Regional Clinical Manager, you will contribute to the evolution and evaluation of CPBS clinical framework and provide support in crisis situations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist clinical supervision to a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners in line with the CPBS supervision framework.
- Identifying gaps in clinical knowledge within the team and working with the Head of Regional Services to address them.
- Contribute to the evolution and evaluation of CPBS clinical framework.
You will have a postgraduate qualification related to Positive Behaviour Support and/or Applied Behaviour Analysis, or currently be undertaking such postgraduate qualifications.
