**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Behaviour Support Team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour support plans that promote the rights and well-being of individuals with disability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of need and develop tailored support strategies.
- Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to build the capacity and confidence of families, teachers, and support workers.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year's experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core, Proficient or Advanced level
- Valid Working with Children's Check Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
