About the Job

This is an excellent chance to gain new experiences and skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of one of Australia's largest employers. Our national client Cargill creates vital connections across the Australian food system, and you'll play a crucial role in GrainFlow operations, facilitating grain receival and storage.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Grain Sampler, you will sample and test the grain, providing exceptional customer service to growers and suppliers, and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure smooth grain flow.
  • Grain Handlers will receive full training to operate and maintain grain storage machinery, safely load and unload grain from trucks and other equipment, and employ efficient shovelling, sweeping, and handling techniques to maximize productivity.
  • Weighbridge Operators will accurately weigh and record grain quantities for transactions, greet and assist drivers entering and exiting the facility, and provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
  • Plant Operators will safely operate and maintain mobile equipment such as Front-End Loaders, Telehandlers, and Water Trucks, support the loading and unloading of grain trucks and railcars, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets.
