About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at SABA David Jones Brisbane Store. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image and create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock, implementing loss prevention measures, and working collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Brand Ambassador: A natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships, with a passion for fashion and styling.
  • Team Player: Thrive on team work and collaboration, with a flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to prioritize tasks and expectations, with a focus on achieving store targets and KPIs.
  • Personal Presentation: Impeccable personal presentation, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
