Medical Scientist, Genetics and Molecular Pathology Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scientist to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a Medical Scientist, you will be responsible for applying your specialist knowledge of cytogenetics, molecular genetics, or biochemical genetics to perform complex tests for cancer and/or non-cancer related disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply specialist knowledge to perform complex tests and analyze results
- Provide interpretation of findings and make recommendations
- Develop and implement new methods and techniques to improve diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the validation of Quality Control processes
