About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at M2P Engineering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our piping-related construction project in a hydroelectric environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire construction process for piping-related work in a hydroelectric environment.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and tradespeople.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related trade (Boilermaker, Fitter, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, ideally in the hydroelectric sector.
  • Strong knowledge of piping systems and their installation in complex environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
