Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Current unencumbered AHPRA registration
  • Advanced Life Support certification (highly desirable)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Current unrestricted Driver's License
  • NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Emergency Department and intensive care experience (highly desirable)
