Job Title: Reliability Technical Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reliability Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing long-range capacity planning for assigned locations, executing reliability initiatives, and staying up-to-date on new technical and equipment developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with executives, management, and operations to implement plans through reports and meetings.
  • Participate in equipment and building improvement projects from justification to installation and startup.
  • Investigate new technology to enhance location functions and productivity.
  • Purchase equipment, maintain vendor relationships, and monitor performance.
  • Recommend process improvements, utility management, work reorganization, and station relocations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A technical or engineering-related Bachelor's Degree or minimum 7 years of experience in reliability, or 5 years in a similar environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the region.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
