Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our organisation in Albury Wodonga. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the finance function of a rapidly growing business.

This role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing financial performance.

  • Implementing and reviewing internal control processes to ensure long-term success;
  • Managing the finance function, including daily reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable;
  • Liaising with external accountants regarding the financial position of the group;
  • Supporting the administration team in client relations and operations within the Electrical & Solar divisions;
  • Preparing and processing weekly payroll, superannuation, payroll tax returns, and PAYG lodgements;
  • Preparing employment contracts and managing RTW coordination for Workcover claims;
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial or business management roles;
  • Strong organisational, management, and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise across all levels of the organisation;
  • A university degree in Accounting or Commerce/Business (highly regarded);
  • Extensive experience with accounting software, particularly Xero and integrated job management systems;
  • HR experience is desirable but not essential.
