About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Brisbane. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering design services and advice across a range of market sectors, including commercial, aviation, healthcare, education, and defence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver design services and advice to clients across various market sectors.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and support the team in client delivery.
  • Grow your technical experience as part of an experienced team.
  • Perform work in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
  • Prepare technical design documentation under senior guidance and assist with the incorporation of sustainable mechanical design initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge or exposure to CAD software (e.g., Camel or IES).
  • Experience working for a Building Services Consultancy or have demonstrable design experience working as a Mechanical Engineer for a Contractor or State Government.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of standards, requirements, and legislation related to building services design in Queensland.
  • Prior experience or understanding of Revit is advantageous.
  • Australian Citizen and ability to obtain a Defence Clearance.
