Job Role:

The position entails delivering high-quality nursing care in an accident and emergency setting. A Registered Nurse will provide supervision and support to less experienced clinicians, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective care delivery
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development

Additional Information:
