The Victorian Government is seeking a highly skilled Business Project Manager to lead a 12-month funded program aimed at expediting the finalization of cases in the department's domestic building jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish project artefacts, including a project initiation document, project plan, and key governance documents.
  • Provide advice on budget and program expenditure.
  • Develop and adapt models to optimize case throughput and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Coordinate completion of key program activities in partnership with client leadership.
  • Support decision-making by preparing briefings and meeting papers for key governance bodies.
  • Act as executive officer/secretariat for key governance body.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop predictive models to anticipate case outcomes, workloads, or bottlenecks.
  • Reporting and business intelligence background.
  • Experience in Process Management, Business Improvement, and Process improvement.
