Childcare Cook Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Childcare Cook to join our team at our Canning Vale centre.

Job Description:

As a Childcare Cook, you will be responsible for preparing healthy and nutritious meals for our children. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and welcoming environment that promotes the physical, emotional and social development of our children.

You will be required to plan, prepare and cook meals that meet the dietary needs of our children, as well as manage stock levels and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Food Supervisor Certificate
  • Certificate III in Cookery (desirable)
  • Previous experience as a Childcare Cook or Cook in other industry
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
